Reaction to and reflection on Knowing Friday, by Susan Fielding.

Born in England,
having lived in Wales, Belgium and NZ, Susan currently lives in Melbourne with
her husband and three adult children.

She worked in the business, political and not-for-profit arenas
combining her years as a full time parent. Her last role was Chief of Staff for
a Federal Senator. A life threatening illness was the catalyst that allowed her to
indulge her passion for writing, using poetry as a cathartic expression of
the rehabilitation process, from wheelchair, to walking frame, stick and
finally good health.During those years she joined the local writers group described
in Knowing Friday .

Reflections on and reactions to The man who fell from the sky.

Brooklyn, NY born, R. A.
Keenan, despite his best efforts to the contrary, survived the Age of Aquarius.
He is late to the field of writing, and over the past two years has published a
dozen or so short stories, mostly in online literary journals, or within the
pages of three print anthologies.
When not at home writing or at work
teaching, he may be found wandering through the forest covered hills, and hiking
trails along New York State’s Hudson River Valley, or at his favorite pub, a
pint in one hand, darts in the other.
